Second replacement
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good thing I had a GEEK Squad warranty from Bestbuy this is the second return of the same watch, this one failed to sync within months of using it. Each time it got worse and worse (harder and harder) to sync it till it failed to sync. FitBit deemed it defective. And its not user friendly for changes on the watch you have to go to the website on computer or your smart phone to make time changes or alarm add on....and then sync it !

Liked the old plan better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don’t like the fact if you have to use the geek squad replacement plan, fairly early on after purchasing the product you loose the rest of the time remaining. After the product is replaced you have to buy a new plan. They used to refund the rest of the purchase plan or apply to a new plan.

How it works is, if your product’s issue is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, and that manufacturer will cover your exchange through us, the plan can be returned for a pro-rated refund. If the issue with your product isn’t covered by the manufacturer, the plan will be fulfilled. I hope that explains why this may have happened. Please see www.geeksquad.com/terms for full details.

Good watch

Hope to not need warranty
