Glad I have it since my other fit bit tore. Didn't have this so not able to return.

The warranty is cheap enough to cover a product that can be a bit glitchy.

Havr to use it yet. I hope I don't Have to. The latch on watch comes loose

We haven't needed to use it so far, the item hasn't given us any problems.

Decided after the fact to get the protection plan should something happen while bike ridin. Giving only 2 stars as something like this could have been done over the phone instead of driving back to a store.

Product is as specified.There were only a couple things that I did not understand.

Have spent at least a couple of HOURS trying to get online Customer Service to tie the Geek Squad coverage purchase to my account. They can "see" the purchase of the coverage (I have my receipt as well) but they can't seem to get it tied to my account so it will show up online like my other Geek Squad coverage purchases. Promise of a supervisor to call back SAME DAY never happens, even 3 days later. I have had to call twice: once speaking to a supervisor and next time being told I would receive a call same day from a supervisor. This is a LOT OF WORK Best Buy! Second time this has happened to me. Local store where it was purchased "can't help, you must call the phone number". As a note: I am happy with the Geek Squad Coverage in the rare occasion I have had to use it. However, I am not happy with how much work/time it is to get them to apply the coverage to my account.

Hard to rate this protection place because I haven't had a reason to use it.

I paid $1700 for a Lenovo C940. I purchased 2YR ADH 1400 & UP LAPTOP GSP. So hare I am during COVID and the laptop needs help! Your representative told me to get an external display and keyboard and use them with the device until COVID is over!? Seriously, folks? When pressed, I was offered depot servicing. Send the laptop in and get it back in 2-weeks. I am an educator what am I supposed to do for 2-weeks. You tell me I must send it in for 2-weeks to get the laptop repaired. I want my $273.99 back. Lenovo is going to send someone out to my place within 3 days to fix the laptop. If you won't do the right thing, I will take this to the Attorney General.

Bought the watch as a gift for Christmas about 3 weeks before the holiday. They started the extended warranty when purchased and NOT when watch would have been and was activated on 12/27/20. I think that is a rip off....

It is good to have if something is to happen with your products.

Too bad the warranty doesn't cover loss due to a faulty designed strap.

2year warranty is not that good on this item very sad

My watch was so new tech I got geek squad to set it up for me!!
