Pricey but worth it if anything goes sideways with the purchase.

I wish the warranty coverage could be extended....

Is good to have insurance but is too much the deductible.

I was hoping just to deal with the geek guys if something was wrong with the device, it turns out it's just a simple expensive extended warranty, will not help until after the manufacturer warranty expires, so not really useful as the product life is not that long

The store was difficult but the manufacturer was worth it .

the protection plan was a joke., It didnt cover what I was told and then would not replace it because they had to physically see what happened- despite me taking videos of when it was glitching and not working. I paid for a 2 year accidental protection plan that did absolutely nothing, but create more problems.

There geek squad service is okay. Nothing special about it.

Buyer beware. It states on the website, "Don't get stuck with a big repair bill if the unexpected happens. Geek Squad Protection enhances your manufacturer warranty and gives you extended coverage when the warranty ends." Not entirely true it actually runs from the day you buy it so instead of extending for a 3 years total it is only 2 years period.

I have not yet had a need to utilized the extended warranty.

They lie and mislead you about the warranty. Misleading and outright lying to customers.

Purchased the Galaxy Active 2 watch which I would not recommend. Then I was offered the warranty and it was not explained properly. The bottom sensor cover fell off and apparently is not repairable. They replaced the watch and then voided my warranty which still had one year and 4 months left for what I paid for. This is the second time the Galaxy watch has lost the sensor cover and this will be the last time I purchase a Galaxy watch.

I hope if it break I get a new one as the promise.

You would think that they would repair or exchange it for the exact same one but they don't. They give you what you paid less the warranty paid them you have to rebuy at the current price.
