    I mean. Haven't had to use it yet, and I hope I never have to because somehow even with this, you end up paying for whatever you need help with.

    Had to get a refund

    The product was returned as broken. Refund for watch was given because there was no replacement available. The salesperson said just bring the watch back and get a new one...product was discontinued so refund less time used was only option.

    The agent was great. The problem was with the service/ policy, not under her control. I was promised delivery today, but instead got a text directing me to this site, where I was told it was not yet shipped. With no info on when I’d receive it, If I’d know there would be an indefinite delay, I’d have gotten something at the store. I’m a primary caregiver, and whenever I’m out, I’m paying someone to be at my house. I wasted about two hours going to the store and waiting for nothing. Maybe I’d recommend the device, bu but “maybe” isn’t a choice here.

    I purchased the protection plan My sales person said if my device breaks bring it back and and new one will be handed to me. Now with COVID and I can't get to a store for weeks I have no option They state I have to have an appointment. WHy? If it breaks they are giving me a new one. Just ship me a new one and I ship the bad one back. They refuse to help me online.

    Got this watch as a gift 7/2016 and today while moving gym equipment, the screen was cracked. When i went in the lady info customer service looked at it for like 2sec and said it wasn't covered because it was intentionally damaged. Wait what? I've had this watch and had no complaints in regards to its performance so why would I intentionally break a watch I loved? I've never had a problem with bestbuy or geek squad up until now and to have someone just basically tell me I intentionally did something just blew my mind. The only thing she WOULD do is refund the portrayed pro rates amount of a useless warranty. Never again Bestbuy, you've lost a customer for good!

    Not insurance!

    I asked for full protection. And I paid almost $100 for this "insurance". Watch was stolen and this doesnt help at all. Not even a percentage off for a new one. So upset ! I am a long time best buy customer. So very upset with the "insurance" they offered me after stating that I will pay however much for FULL COVERAGE on this electronic

    Very poor service from the geek squad at the upper Westside location. Asked to help me set up my Alta HR and the technician who is overwhelmed and alone so that it would be $39 to see it even though it was part of my insurance plan.

    I usually have problems with geek squad but las fit bit I bought only lasted 5 months and I'm out of $160 bucks cause I didn't get insurance I hope I don't have to use it just so I don't have to deal with geek squad

    I had my galaxy 2 watch for a Year sent it in for a repair needles to say it wasn't fixed right i was reimbursed for my watch but not this plan

    I don't like Geek Squad because of the simple fact; they don't give you back your taxes when you have to use your warranty to return your product.

    The watch did not work at all. I paid a few hundred dollars. I reached out to Garmin and there was no response. I still have the watch that is not performing as promised. If i could share a rating of Zero stars, i would.

    I bought the protection with the first one and never needed it because it was stolen after just a month. Unfortunately, that is not covered. Probably wont need it but I got it again anyway.

    What all does it cover on the watch the battery is not lasting as long as it did a few months back does it cover the watch band also

    When we purchased the 2 year accident protection, they gave us a generic booklet that had nothing to do with what we purchased

    I purchased this service thinking they could actually work on my Galaxy S9 they said initially they could at least ship it a third party to look at it, then they said theres nothing they could do except sell me a refurbished phone replacement at over $250 dollars since they are not authorized to work on it (many complaints about thier refurnished phones can be found) please make it right Best Buy/geek squad!!
