    Sold a Protection plan and then no coverage

    Was told I was purchasing a protection plan to cover everything by a sales associate. Asked specifically about accidental damage due to kids and was told that the plan covered everything. After my kids caused the damage and attempted to get the item fixed. It was denied by best buy. Waste of money.

    This is the second Fitbit that stopped working within a few months. Stopped working, charging within a few months. I returned it to Best Buy (Geek Squad protection Plan) and exchanged it for another which I gave to my daughter. And that one also stopped charging within a few months. Returned that one and got my money back. Now we use apple watch.

    Best buy cancelled my cloths washer delivery and i wont see my 800.00 purchace for a week more now...i cant just get my money back as it will take 10 business days for that...I GOT SCREWED!!! ILL NEVER USE BEST BUY AGAIN!!!

    Been having issues with my galaxy watch 4 and its no longer in store, so they tell me to submit online and online says go to store. Tired of the circles.

    I was led to believe that this plan can replace my watch if there is a mechanical issue. I also found out that the same plan is on my husbands watch that cost close to 500.00.

    I bought a tablet I added GEEK SQUAD PRORECTION PLAN in case something happened. The tablet stopped working I took it back to BEST BUY, QEEK SQAUD TECH stated tablet not covered under protection plan. I will NEVER shop at best buy and I will never buy QEEK SQUAD PROTECTION PLAN.

      When using the Geek Squad Protection plan, most instances of an inoperable or broken tablet are covered. It is very rare for a repair or replacement to be declined on a tablet. Could you please let me know what the issue was on the tablet and what their reason for the denial was?

    I said I might not need th is insurance, bit purchased it because of my bad luck. It's my second year and I have yet to use it. I don't understand why the company didn't offer this protection for the product. Why did it have to purchased seperatly. Waste of money

    Don't pay is a complete scam. If it breaks or damages you will get one rebuilt and if you do your numbers between the down payment and What you're charged when you make the change is like buying a new.

    Ordered fit-bit online also got two year replacement warranty. Had a little over year fit-bit quit woking called to get replacement was told i had to take back to store, Don't understand why I can order online but I can't send back for replacement .
