    It's coverage but once and done

    The coverage is ok, but the plan is "once and done". It offers a wide range of coverages, but once you file a claim against it, the plan is done. For example: You file a claim against a 2 year plan after 6 months, you basically lose the remaining 18 months of coverage.

    Absolutely terrible after 6+ months of use. In the beginning it was okay tracking workouts, but after 4 months or so the Under Armour APP is the worst part of this watch, and it is the main reason I got it. I've been using mapmyfitness for 11 years to keep track of all of my workouts and I got this watch specifically for this purpose. I've been through the whole deal with support and they have no answer for me. The best they could do is tell me to uninstall it from the watch...WHEN I CAN'T because it's native to the watch (greyed out, no option to uninstall). Whenever I try to use the workout (MMF-UA) app, it stalls at least 10 times before it miiiiiight load all the way. It keeps loading, whenever I get to a page I want to use, the screen turns off, and I have to start from scratch, somewhere between 10 and 50 times. This happens for up to a half hour when I give up or it starts working. Then when it starts, there is a definite delay in everything that happens, then EEEEEVEN if you finally get the app to START and record your run, for the last month it will tell me it recorded it, give me stats, let me hit the check mark to save the workout, and after it's all done, apparently the last months worth of workouts were NEVER RECORDED ON THE WEBSITE/APP. SO FRUSTRATING. I'm so done with this watch. It is so slow overall that I just can't take it anymore. It works decently well for most other things that it is supposed to, but for someone who bought a workout watch specifically for a specific workout app that comes pre-installed on the watch because he workouts out every day......way too much frustration. Buyer Beware.

    Never buy return /open box.

    It was returned for a reason. I've never bought an open box item from Best Buy or any other department store. Couldn't get it to connect to a cell signal. Buyers beware.

    This is the WORST watch I’ve ever tried to use. I bought it for my dad for Christmas and I’m so embarrassed that I gifted this to him. I should have just bought him an Apple Watch. Here are my main complaints so far! 1. Bixby doesn’t work at all. She’s worse than Siri and I didn’t think it was possible. 2. You can’t answer calls via bluetooth. Well you can “answer” but then it says go use your phone. The whole point of this was so my dad could answer calls on his watch while he was at work. Turns out it doesn’t have a speaker at all so you can’t hear anything. 3. Not user friendly at all - especially if you don’t have a Samsung phone. 4. The health data is on a separate app entirely. I’m not even sure the point of having this watch. It’s terrible. I’m listening to my dad in the other room try to do literally anything with it and nothing works on it.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Made an appointment to have my LG wash tower checked at due to a new noise while it was running. I got all the email and text reminders for the appointment window of 1-6pm to make sure I was home. At 5pm I received an email stating "As you requested, your Geek Squad In-Home Service Appointment has been canceled." I called Geek Squad to find out why I received this email when I never cancelled. I representative said because they were overbooked and could not fulfill the appointment it automatically sent the email. Then after being on the line over 30mins with them to reschedule, it hung up on me. WOW!!! I don't think I need to say anymore.

    Galaxy Watch 5 Pro Titanium

    Just received shipment of Galaxy Watch 5. After unpacking I noticed that I am not able to charge the watch because the purchase of an adapter is necessary. A watch in this price range should be complete and ready to use The watch goes back to the store tomorrow. I am sure I can find a smart watch that comes complete with everything included. Sorry Samsung.

    I got the accidental replacement in case something broke. But the band broke and I was unaware so it fell off and now I cannot find it. But the warranty only covers the product if you can find it. And I get, I could have lost it just because, but it fell off because the band was well worn.

    Not a bad watch but why allow all these fuctions if it drains the battery very quickly which does not even last 7 hours, dislike this watch because of short battery life and the only way i can get battery to ladt longer is to tuen of apps and needed functions. Will be returning.

    Just bought a new Gear Fit 2 from Best Buy, i figured that would be the best place to work, got the warranty without question, Had the Fit 2 for less than a month , the band popped off. Looked online and noticed that was an issue with all the Gear fit bands. But then relived because i bought the warranty. Drove to Best Buy, to find out, they do not replace that and to call Samsung. Going forward, i will buy directly from Samsung, not Best Buy.

    Extremely inaccurate heart bpm readings. Readings varied by over 25 bpm discrepancy when compared to professional accurate equipment! This also leads to very inaccurate calorie calculation.
