Never had to use them yet but I know they're there

I purchased this item because I wanted a water resistant hr tracker. This tracker is that and so much more.

I buy products at Best Buy because the warranty is the bast and I can always feel good about my purchases.

I am very unhappy with the purchase and service so far. My husband gifted me the galaxy watch 4 for christmas in 2022. Sept 2024 the watch started flickering which is obviously a mechanical issue. So I took it to best buy where I purchased it from. After speaking with them they said it was out of waranty to contact samsung. SAMSUNG inform me they only warranty 12 months not 24 months so I would have to pay to get it fixed. This is so frustrating because I had a fossil before this that lasted ate 4 years. Best buy and samsung you'll have to do better!

The Geek Squad team is very knowledgeable. I wouldn't get an item without adding the protection plans.

This is the best service plan offered by any store ever! I wont buy an electronic device without it

getting extra protect on my products makes me feel better that if anything happens I will be covered

Spending $250!on an activity tracker is nice. Why not spend $50 more and protect it from everything!

I purchase my product with the 2yr protection plan. Pay abit more for that 2yr peace of mind.

This was definitely worth the purchase. I needed to replace and they did no questions asked.

Have not used it yet, but I know if I do need to replace it, I will be able to get a new one.

I love this tracker, only downfall is that the clip starts to wear out somewhat quickly.

They have great customer service and are really helpful when i need help with my products

BB's replacement plan is the best. Highly recommend it to protect sensitive electronics.

For the price the protection warranty seems like a great deal for 2 years of coverage.

Had problems?with 1st Basis Peak a month after I bought it. No problem with exchange.
