So far so good I have not used this. But, I had this for my former Samsung Gear Fit 2 and when the band had issues I took it in and I got all my money back because Samsung discontinued the watch. No questions asked or anything, I didn't even know they stopped making the Gear fit 2 when I took it in....

I like the ease of use and its ability to track my fitness journey accurately. I dislike having to take it off to charge it since it can track my sleep patterns. Otherwise it works the way I expect it to.

This watch is far more than I expected. Easy to figure out and great for everyday wear

Had to hold out til her parents posted...but soooooo proud of my cousin! She graduated in 3.5 years with 2 degrees from Penn State. Hard to review, I haven't had to use the service and hope I never will. Previous experience with Geek Squad has been good and poor

I've only used Geek Squad Protection Plans 1 time, and it was a flawless, hassle free interaction. Asked me my problem with the device, keyed a few things in and told me my replacement options. I decided to upgrade to the newer device and pay the difference (new product cost - original purchase price). Super easy.

I always get extra protection to anything I buy, it is worth paying a little extra and if you have the Total Tech they give you a 20% discount. Best Buy always has great deals and protection plans, my husband and I always renew the Total Tech yearly we've had it for 3 years now, and will keep on getting it.

I have used this service when my first watch stopped working while I was on vacation. Having the 2 year protection prevented me from having to buy a new watch.

I bought this for my $400 smart watch. Let's face it - wearing something that expensive on your wrist is a little unnerving. It is great knowing that any accidental damage will be covered, as well as any other issues I might have during the coverage period. I hope I never need it, but I am glad I have it!

I usually never buy warranties; however I felt compelled to buy it on my MS Band based on researching & reviews. Boy am I glad I did! And let me tell you, best experience I've every had with warranty service. I purchased the 2-year accidental protection package from Best Buy and I am so glad I did. After almost 2 years of owning and using a Fitbit Blaze, the tracker got extremely hot, melted, and would not come back on. BestBuy replaced the watch without a problem and honored the protection package without question. I would highly recommend Best Buy's protection package.

I had this protection plan on my Galaxy active watch and boy was it a life saver. For some reason the watch started acting up and not wanting to turn on like 2 months before the protecting expired. I walked in had them inspect it and boom i got my money back to buy another watch.

Geek squad is a must and I always give it as part of the gift when I buy something like this. It's peace of mind and has paid off multiple times!

I recommend buy this warranty for the watch because this works perfect, when my watch have a year the battery began to discharge faster and just returned and got a new watch.
