The price of the warranty has increased. My confusion is by the years. Two years for an Xbox. But five years for a tv

Product stopped working, brought in under warranty.. They couldn't replace, upgrade or fix it. Almost didn't refund me. Told me I couldn't return it nor could they fix it. Maturely kept my cool.. called corporate and US DOJ ANTITRUST FRIEND for advice on warranty claim by the kid. Was told by the kid i didn't have to do that.. Eventully his peers checked serials and all then gave me an instore credit for the original purchase amount which is less than the current purchase amount. I would need to add about $100 to replace it. The accesses in the box now cost more as well.SHOULD HAVE BEEN AS SMOOTH AS THE Geek squad BROCHURE CLAIMS FOR REPLACEMENT. left store satisfied, not pleased. The last two gentlemen did hand the situation maturely. I use to handle their claims when they had Equatorial before the Geek Squad days.

I have had my psvr since its release and have had zero issues but the added protection of the warranty is practically necessary for a new product like such.
