    The store would not replace my product and upon trying to call corporate, they referred me back to the store manager which was unable to assist me.

    No product replacement even with a purchase of 2 year accidental Geek squad product replacement. Not happy with the product replacement warranty.

    I always get Geek Squad protection on higher end items. You never know when something is going to break or wear down and instead of waiting weeks or longer for the manufacturer to replace, you can just run into you local Best Buy and exchange it (as long as it is in stock).

    GSP doesn’t cover 2 years!

    I bought the 2 year protection plan only to find out it does not in fact cover 2 years. My so-called 2 year plan was only good for 2 months when I had to bring my product in for an exchange.
