Better than the first, I got this a few years back and its still my #1 headset, its smooth games are action packed and I cant wait to see what meta does next!!

SO GLAD THIS WAS AVAILABLE WITH TEENAGERS WHO ARE SO HARD ON EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE PURCHASING AN EXPENSIVE ITEM YOU HAVE THE PEACE OF MIND HELP IS THERE IN CASE OF ACCIDENT. WE WERE GLAD IT WAS AVAILABLE !! PLUS EASY AND SIMPLY TO USE

I haven't needed to use this yet but if it breaks for any reason within 2 years I can replace it. That is worth it to me.

We love this VR headset. It works well and is easy to use. We bought the battery upgrade kit. Its much nicer to wear with that. My kids love it.

Broke the controller and gave me replacement for free and connected automatic I had to do no work.

It is a good thing they didn’t call these guys “The Bookish Person Troop”. Although that name would be synonymous with the name Geek Squad, it isn’t as cool. I want to be a member of the Geek Squad when I grow up. They always have the right answers.

It was pretty straightforward went to Best Buy to return an old model that was damaged they gave me a replacement the meta quest 2

Geek squad is the best service your product can have for protection! I only buy my electronics at best buy for this reason!

I purchased the extra protection just in case someone gets too excited while playing in the vr and runs into the wall. I haven't had to use it yet.

My son is loving his new oculus VR set. We got it with warranty just in case, but it has held up for the last few months with my son using it almost everyday. I will continue to shop with Best Buy for years to come. Thank you

I bought my quest 2 when it first came out and was able to exchange for the quest 3 when it came out thanks to my geek squad plan
