I hope I never need it! Product works well for new

I always get good use out of our warranty from Best Buy

This is nice to have. I have already used it once before.

I like knowing that Best Buy will replace if damaged.

Have not had to use yet but glad to have the coverage.

A must have especially when purchasing any electronics

Purchased for a Garmin Vivosmart, was informed it would only warranty the product once if there is a problem. I feel that if there are multiple problems, that it should be replaced as needed. Still bought because I hear this piece has some problems (which it does already)

I gave my teenage daughter a fitbit and because she can be tough on electronics I got this product repair/replacement plan. I'm giving it three stars , but if I have to use it I'll update my review. Hope I don't need to use it at all.

I really won't know how good this until of if I have to use it. I had this on a tablet and was not happy with it. The usb power input went bad and they were not going to cover fixing it, They did issue a refund, but said normal use is not covered?????

They'll replace your things, but it might go up $20 for the warranty each year. Then you have to buy the $80 warranty when the next watch breaks.

If it needs replacing, can return without issue...

I purchased a Samsung watch for my wife along with the two year protection plan. Unfortunately, the watch stopped working just after the two years.

So I've been working hard to achieve my weightloss goal. I figured I need a scale and trusted the fitbit brand. So every morning I take a shower first thing but right before that I with myself. One morning it said I was 187 which would be great if it were true so I stepped off and back on and it then said 209. The next morning when I stepped on the scale it said I was 218 which is not accurate either so again I stepped off and back on. This time it said 222. This is very frustrating when you're trying your best to reach certain goals. So I'll be taking it back pronto.

I can bring my Fitbit in to Best Buy and get an upgrade when a new Fitbit product comes out. As far as replacement, you have to go through the company for it which means calling, mailing, waiting. Best Buy does not replace it. That’s a hassle

I have returned this item twice. I did an upgrade and I am so happy for the change.

I buy a Samsung Gear S2 for XMAS as a present for my boyfriend, it was a open box so there was a discount of 30 dollars plus the watch was down 50 dollas. Pretty good deal uhh? I also bought the two year protection plan. His watch broke so when he tried to returned to store as the watch was protected by the Geek Squad protection they charged him the difference to the regular price, so we lost all possible savings we were trying to take advatage in xmas. The store refused to gave us another watch without chargin us additional money. We end up paying 80 dollars...

I bought the warranty for my Fitbit and Ive already had to return the band twice!! I didnt have to pay the first time for the replacement but when I brought the band back the second time they made me pay $10. It covers wear so why am I still having to pay?? I would get the warranty because a whole new band sets you back $60ish bucks but I wish they were more transparent when it comes to things like this. If my band breaks a 3rd time am I going to pay $10, or $20?? Will it increase every time I make a return??? Not happy about this at all

Like all insurance, it's nice knowing we have it but if you never have to use it, it's hard to say if it was worth it and the only way to find out is of the Fitbit we bought it for malfunctions or breaks...but it seems like a fairly sturdy device.
