Fortunately, I haven't had to use the Geek squad, but it's comforting knowing their knowledge is a phone call away.

Warranty was purchased and paid in full at $160 5/29/25 & Best Buy canceled on 12/8/25. Claimed to have refunded $61 for the policy. Geek squad can't/won't help or provide number to speak with anyone. At time of purchase the policy covered loss, theft, accidental damage with a replacement.

Would always purchase a plan ! I hope I will never have to use it but in case I need it, I will have it available !
