Dot to have it I wish I could have purchased a longer one than two years

I've had to use this twice with a Fitbit, once for the charging port and once for the band. Both times the issue was resolved effortlessly.

This product replacement extension is a good program to have so I'm always spending extra to get my new product if there's something wrong with it so because of that I'm a repeat customer always

Daily uninstalling and reinstalling of any app I want to function properly. Also having to factory reset it on a regular basis gets a bit annoying. I thought smart watches were supposed to help in life, this one just adds stress and frustrations. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

Buying this for a 10 year old made buying the Geek Sqad replacement a no brainier. So far we haven't had to use it as this tracker is really well made.
