The 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement is great. When ever I have a problem with the product Best Buy stands behind the warranty and either fixes or replaces the item.

A must purchase! I use my FitBit every single day, a lot of wear and tear. A little piece of the rubber part started to left. I walked right into a BB and walked out with a brand new FitBit.

I would recommend getting the protection plan, because it is very convenient. If you have any issues all you need to do is bring it right into the store and the geek squad will take care of you.

Really good warranty provided by Best Buy. Glad I got it as my Fitbit was having issues and they were happy to assist me in getting me a replacement
