Open box excellent, what i got was just the watch thrown in a big box nothing else, no orginal packaging, no power cord ..Definitely not as advertised i went to the store basicly was told i got a good deal and refused to give me the charge cord that it should of come with, one manger was great and did try the other well not so great...you are taking a chance with open box and their badicly false advertising

The warranty is always great from best buy. #1 in my book.

The replacement plan is worth every penny. It protects against normal wear and tear.

Why wouldn't you want to be covered? Accidents happen.
