The geek squad guarantee is definitely something you can bet on. Great customer service and when they say the customer knows best, they mean it.

I was not sure if I need this service. but the geek squad took their time and explained to me their services so I could make the right choice .

I recommend the geek squad service for most of the products you buy because of the no hassle repair/return policy. If they can't repair it they will replace or give your money back(minus the geek squad service cost). I always get the service on products like tvs, computers, appliances, etc.

I bought a Fitbit Alta and it was messing up. Part of the screen you could not read. It did this within the first 15 days of buying it so when I took it in the nice lady at customer service got me a new one

Reasonable price. Haven’t had any product problems so haven’t needed protection or services yet. Good to know it’s available if needed.
