Replacement, was very easy for my smart watch. No questions asked simple process in the store. I brought the protection again for new device.

I bought the protection plan for my smart watch cos it was inexpensive and given that I was replacing a watch that stopped working out of the blue, it seemed like a good idea. I haven't had to *use* the plan, and I really hope not to, but the peace of mind is nice.

I am so happy I purchased this 2 year warranty. I purchased it for my Fitbit and when my Fitbit broke, it was so easy to bring it in the store and get a replacement with no problem at all. It took about 5 minutes and because the Fitbit was actually cheaper at the time of exchange, I even got money back on my purchase. Definitely recommend.

Purchased it with myFitbit. Great purchase. When I got back into Crossfit and wanted something to monitor my HR while doing so, the Fitbit Blaze and 2 year protection plan were a great purchase pair. I was able to replace my item with no problem after the band began to tear and watch had a hard time updating. Staff was fast and helpful.

Best protection, my fiancée’s original watch died and Best Buy just gave me a full refund on the watch, and we were able to put that credit towards the new watch. We only had to pay the difference.

Got the protection plan for the Versa watch due to ongoing design flaws associated with older models. It’s a highly used item and subjected to ongoing wear and tear. Also, I don’t know how it’ll hold out in swimming pools for extended periods of time. Haven’t used this yet but a small price to pay.

I work in construction and put my Garmin FENIX through the ringer. The protection saved me on a couple of occasions. One battery issue and one data malfunction. Trust me. You'll sleep better at night on big purchases.

I got the Fitbit Charge 2 with the best buy warranty and it was totally worth it! I had a problem with my band, and I could easily replace my fitbit and get a new one for it. The exchange did not take any time and I was helped out promptly. I did not have to pay extra to replace the band or for repairs as it was all covered.

my old one stopped working a year to the day i bought it. good thing i paid the initial 19.99 protection so i was able to go in and get a replacement. i got the same one and paid the geek squad protection so when it breaks again i can get another one.

They always assist with any problem and help troubleshoot, I truly appreciate these guys we would be lost without them.

The Geek Squad plan that I had on my old vivoactive HR covered replacement for "wear & tear" when the band broke. Since the HR is not carried any longer they replaced it with a vivoactice 3 (which is the new version of the HR). The only cost was for a new Geek Squad plan since the HR was over a year old.

I would always recommend getting protection coverage with each purchase. If anything happens you take back the item and get a replacement. They don't hassle you about how or why, they just take care of you. I have used them so many times over the past 5 years.

I have the fitbit Versa 4 does exactly what I want from a fitness smartwatch. I love the battery life of this fitbit, it is very accurate on the step count and sleep tracker.

Absolutely get this, it worth it, specially on watches and TVs. I have gotten the protection for most of the things I buy and I have never regret it
