Love the Garmin 955. A little bigger than my 945, functionality gives me everything I need in my Triathlon journey. My only regret is not knowing the 965 came out a couple months later with a superior display.

I purchased my Gear 2 with an option to purchase the 2 year protection plan. I was unsure if the protection plan was worth the money after realizing Samsung has its own warranty. After researching, I found the Samsung only covers manufacturing defects. Best Buy will cover damage to your item so spending the extra money on the plan was worth it as I am using this watch to exercise and do other recreational things that could lead to damage. Thank you Best Buy for the peace of mind.

Purchased for my nephew who works ad mechanic and didnt want smart watch but i wanted him to test one out and he loves this thing. Long lasting and something simple.

I decided to buy this extended product warranty because other people told me that they'd had problems with their devices and found it kind of a slow process to deal directly with Fitbit. Twice I have had problems with my device failing to track steps or heart rate. Both times I had an easy time getting my device replaced. We didn't take out the extended warrant on my wife's Fitbit but after two similar problems we now wish we had.

This is a great thing to have. Ive used it on other items they take it back with no questions asked and give you a new one or repair the one you got.

I had the misfortune that my watch 4 had a broken battery and I took it to have the warranty validated and without any objections they returned my money for what the watch cost me.

I bought the geek squad warranty with my original Fitbit Alta. It’s battery was chronically draining despite doing all kinds of things to preserve battery life. It was past the manufacturing warranty. Fitbit recommended to use the geek squad warranty and get it replaced. The Geek squad service was excellent and the exchange was a piece of cake. I will always buy it now. Especially for something like this that you use every day.

I love Geek Squad protection because it protects against anything and everything life can throw at you, from your watch getting run over to you hitting it on the corner of the counter. They will warranty it out and you can turn around and go get one off the shelf with a gift card they issued at the counter.

Everybody knows get squashed warranty is the greatest very helpful and if they can't fix it they'll give you another one the credit for another device or even the value of the item is worth when you purchased purchased all the girls warranties are out there available it's Best Buy also with geek squad thank you guys

This replacement plan was purchased for a smartwatch that was purchased for our young daughter. She's very responsible for her age but we know things happen. Needless to say the screen on her watch was broken at some point. She doesn't remember how it happened, but it did. We took the watch to our closest Best Buy store and they gladly honored the protection plan and we were able to replace the watch for its full value!

I had to use the warranty a few months before the 2 years mark. The Geek Squad team was super easy to work with once my appointment came up. You are required to schedule an appointment even if it is warranty stuff. Quick resolutions and I was picking out a new watch.

Whats not to love, you break it accidentally or it acts up and you get the original purchase price minus Geek Squad Protection cost towards a new one. Some can be pricey but if you do the math for certain electronics its more than worth it.
