So thankful for this warranty! Saves me a bunch of money when my controllers break down! So simple to use, just walk in and tell geek squad the issue, then they give you a brand new controller!

After waiting 2 long years trying to obtain one of these badboys & being with Xbox consoles since 2001. I couldn't be more satisfied with the Fact of having SSD instead of a Hard Drive! Loading/Boot up time is Spot on & cant wait for whats to come to this Platform.

Very good service it has definitely helped if i had any problems they are very good at helping.

This protection service is like insurance. No one really wants to buy it, but everyone is glad to have it when it is needed. In my case, the protection is for an Xbox for a 5-year old, and we have had to use similar protection services for his previous technology toys. So, I suspect that we will be happy to have purchased it.

I got the 2 yr protection because I learned once with my sub woofer. Better to have because I had an issue with it and because of the extended warranty I was able to get a replacement.

Best Buy has always had the best warranties and has always stood behind them. If the Geek Squad can't fix it, they'll replace or refund your money on a gift card. They make it right.

Excellent service, very helpful in assisting with issues

Got this as an insurance policy for my new Xbox Series X. Having a toddler in the house means nothing is safe and I know that the Geek Squad Protection Plans will cover accidental damage. Hope I never have to use it but having it helps me sleep at night and that's worth the price.
