    I honestly think buying this warranty is a waste of money because the system already has a manufacturer's warranty.

    I was very upset to find out that orotectin plan i purchases had changed its terms and i have been without my product for over a week what did i pay the extra 60 dollars for?

    Great graphics, fast loads and with expansion card, has plenty of storage. Cut customers a break MS and include 2 TB storage for $700!!!

    Geek squad has always been fair and not overtly time consuming. While with appliances and other small household items I would say they are excellent, I would reserve judgement about gaming consoles and the like. Simply because the Geek Squad cannot and does not replair your Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, or any other gaming system. If they did it would completely invalidate any protections of manufacturers, (understand?) They are simply going to replace or be middleman to the company (Microsoft, Sony etc) which can in some cases make your repair time MUCH LONGER. I'd advise you to check with the Gaming company that makes your system because most times they offer a cheaper and longer service plan, which in my experiences with Microsoft amounted to 3yr warranties, and if you're a die hard Xbox person like me then you know the Red Ring of Death would make that 3yr invaluable. BUT I MUST ASSERT. YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER TO PURCHASE THEIR WARRANTY IMMEDIATELY OR YOU LOSE THE OPPORTUNITY. Don't throw your $500 console out the window because you wanted to test the system for a week... Because that unregistered week will CANCEL your eligibility to enroll. Most companies will honor a refund if after how ever many days you have the system, you decide to return it. Enroll before you plug that power cord in... So when your mom or girlfriend spills hot chocolate on your surge protector (By accident or on purpose, /s) you have the ability to file a claim for free or reduced cost replacement! ((And don't waste time pondering why she would have hot chocolate near your surge protector, after you have spent 4 days ignoring her/him because you're engulfed in the most epic match ever! That sentence should take 2 seconds to realize this is a real reason to get the protection from BB or the manufacturer)). Happy gaming!
