I highly recommend the coverage plan if you get anything expensive. My xbox 1 died with literally a month left on the 2 year plan. They completely replaced it for free nor was there any run around! This is a must have for a high ticket item! Why take the risk when this really isn't that expensive...

Geeksquad service is amazing and a must have with any high value products such as consoles. I prefer this to have no concerns around possible warranty issues down the road.

Getting warranty through Best Buy is so easy and very convenient. Definitely worth getting warranty.

Always protect things that can’t do without ! I have not needed to use many of my geek squad warranties but worth the cost if I ever have too!

I always get the Geek Squad protection. One of my first xbox consoles just gave out one day; turned out the HD went bad, but thanks to my Geek Squad protection, I was given a brand new xbox.

Bought in new condition and very easy set up and switch from old Xbox.

Have not used this protection plan. but have used it for other purchases in the past. No issues with obtaining assistance with products covered. In store and Geek Squad assistance is excellent.

geek squad is great and makes replacing things that might have gone bad easily.

For some thos seems useless but, its saves alot of money in the back end for larger $$$ purchases and less hassle of shipping a broken or defective console back to Microsoft. And it covers controllers!!
