This is always a must-have for me! I want piece-of-mind for aa long as I cen get. I have had controllers broken and with this service they've always been covered. Luckily no broken consoles.

Geek squad protection saved my xbox. Service replaced it with a refurbished unit when it was to be a new unit. Geek squad gave me a new one

Being able to run 120 fps and even 4k is big for something this size and value sure is something to into consideration.

Geek squad offers a 2 years warranty on your purchase of the Xbox 1s, only barring loss & theft. So basically, if you can get it to them, they'll give you a new one. It even includes water damage. So if you have little ones, or this is a present for the kids. This warranty is a great investment.

A great peice of mind when electronics doesnt go well within a certain year. A must purchase with a plan.

This came in handy when our Xbox bit the dust. Luckily, it happened just inside the warranty. We were able to take it in to Geek Squad, they determined it needed to be replaced, and it was very quickly and efficiently handled.

Haven’t had to use it yet but since im giving 5 stars hopefully theyll look out for me

Haven't used this yet but wanted a little peace of mind in case anything happens to the new Xbox X. The last Xbox we had just stopped working and we weren't able to fix it. Glad we have the extra protection just in case.

I purchased the 2 year accidental protection for my new XBox. If I have learned anything, it is to take advantage of these services with Best Buy. I have had to redeem them before, and it is typically pretty painless!

Really good if you think that something might break. If it does instead of buying whole new things you can get it repaired or they might issue a replacement if it is beyond replaceable.

Geek squad is geat cuz if u have kids.... something is bound to happen.... like a whiffed ball knocking over a picture frame, that lands on your xbox... and cracks the case.... I get a replacement... super worth the money

I'm sure geek squad is great if I ever had to utilize it I've only heard good things
