4 star because I never make it that far. The protection is nice if it’s a faulty machine I’ll bet. Again, price is steep but here I am buying it JUST in case.

Insurance coverage for my purchased product(s). Hoping I won’t need it and if I do, that it will pay off having it.

I have not had to use the protection for the console I purchased for Christmas, I hope that I never need to, but I like to have it there in case one day we need to use it.

A $500 investment. A $80 warranty with accidental coverage. I did it but I’m not a big fan on service contracts.

A fair price for a warranty, I was skeptical at first but after getting an explanation of benefits it was a know brainer!

They were very helpful. Yet, they cannot do much if you have an accidental drop to your Xbox series X. I had to go through hoops to talk to their customer service, then, their customer service on the phone which are people that hardly speak English from a different country! (India) And they were absolutely no help because they cannot get you to the correct person or even know the technical jargon you are talking about. Bless their hearts, they do try. then, went to talk to Microsoft themselves and THEY WERE NO HELP, I JUST WANTED A REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE XBOX SERIES X device and they could not do it. SO, do not purchase if your item is defective just return it, wait to exchange (could be MONTHS) or get money back and buy one/pre-Order again. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

I'm so happy to have made the smart purchase of that extra geek squad protection. You just never know if it will come in handy, and if it does, it surely pays off, at least from my experience.

Having insurance fo your electronics is so important

A lot of fun to play! It is very entertaining and has a lot of storage.

Not 4k like I was told by the sales person. Doesn’t have external speaker or an audio out spot. Has a great display and super mobile. Pairs semi good with my Xbox the white one . Considering neither have audio out ports besides the Xbox controller. So good luck using a stereo with it. Cord is nice and long. Gets super bright and it’s super thin. Really pretty monitor.

Geek squad is great and always helpful. I recommend always getting the extra warranty.

Love playing in my xbox, would definitively recommend it.

I add geek squad to everything. I like not having to worry about anything. Everything is covered from accidents.
