I love my Xbox One. I had used my PS4 as my streaming device before this and now that I can stream in 4K... forget about it, best decision I've made. The video quality is amazing and worth the Netflix upgrade.

I would never never never purchase another guarantee plan from best buy. They are garbage. They charge way to much and don't cover what you would expect for the cost. I purchased a plan for my xbox 360 slim with the shiny black Finnish to match my tv surround sound entertainment center. The cashier said if anything ever happened to it they would replace it with a new one. Well it broke and the controller broke after about a year and a half. I took it back they did not replace it with a new one I got a refurbished one. And it was flat black so it offset my whole look I had going on in the living room. They also said that the controller was not covered under warranty. So I don't know if they have to meet some numbers on warranties or if the cashier got a bonus but I got lied to. I think that's a horrible thing to do. because of it and how over priced it is compared to anyone and I mean anyone else with a warranty I will never purchase one again.

I am giving a 1 star for the fact of availability. I think it's a dis-service to the consumer that you cannot have the option to preorder the console or get updates when the item will be available. For days I've been checking for the XBOX SERIES to be available to purchase and no information to the customers or when they will be selling again. By now the corporation should have learned about having enough product for sale due to the high demand when released. This is 2020 people and I would think we would have this part figured out.

Happy to finally have scored a Series X, but am no longer a fan of Best Buy. I've been a loyal customer for 15 years. I accidentally chose the 6 month financing option instead of the rewards points, which I shouldn't have done since I was going to pay it off in full. I called support and they wouldn't switch my purchase to rewards. Best Buy lost me as a loyal customer.

Purchased a Series X on day one... now that my controller isnt working they replaced it with an XBOX ONE controller. when did it ever be okay to replace such a thing with the Last generations component?

I've been gaming since the Atari 2600. I own about 13 consoles. I never had a console that didn't boot-up right out of the box! Microsoft really has quality control issues with they're Xbox consoles! Now, I have to send back my Xbox Series S, and hope, I don't get a refurbished console in return...

I will never buy from this place ever again. Not anything. I will buy online, I will pay more if I have to. Never ever again will I deal with Best Buy.
