I recently purchased a PS4 and knew it would be a great idea to purchase this insurance because in the past when having to use on other purchases it has been very easy to get items fixed or replaced.

The picture quality versus the cost is well worth what u get for price. I was amazed at how clear the picture was!

Got this for my game console. While I had problems I always feel its better to be safe than sorry. Ive learned my lesson the hard way not having extended warranties

It’s so good i like it and my kids enjoy it and the controls feel soft

Item was ready for pick up on time but after a few months with minimal use it stopped connecting to tv but console still turned on and with my geek squad service i purchased with the item i am hoping to resolve the issue at my appointment time!

I got a two year protection plan for my new PS5, I haven't had to use it yet lol

Helps if somethings wrong that’s very good like if something breaks accidentally

Thought there was something wrong with a PS4 I had purchased. The controller kept moving on the screen on its on. Called up Geek Squad to let them know my issue. And they told me they are fully aware, for me to bring it in at any time they would just do a quick switch and send me on my way.

So happy with my PS4Pro and service plan feeling of security goodness. Thanks Best Buy for the great deal. 2 years gaming console service security for best deal anywhere.

I added this service to go along with the PS5 that I purchased for my daughter. I’d rather her have it and not need it versus not having it and needing it.

Very satisfied with the protection plan. Friendly service but had my PS4 serviced but when I got it back they forgot to install the software so it doesn't work at all. Haven't made it back in to get serviced due to covid-19.
