My son actually dropped his play station and the physical damage was covered. Thankful I got the plan. Was credited all I spent less the protection plan.

This is a life saver but my systems always crash at 3 years so sometimes it doesn’t matter

For the price you can’t really beat this. It’s one of those things where you hope you don’t need it, but are glad you bought it when you do

Please use this it is stupid to buy an expensive console and not make sure it is protected

Worth it for any big purchases at BestBuy. I had one with both of my playstation 4 pros and they did a excellent job at getting them fixed.

I strongly encourage everyone spending a little more but being sure that if anything goes wrong with yoru device thie protection plan will allow you to get a free repair or replacement of yoru item.

This is good and i use it often. A little expensive for what you are getting

Have not had to use this added protection yet but the times I’ve used the protection on other items bought at Best Buy in the past my experience with the Geek Squad has been excellent.

I always get warrantys at best buy because there is never no problems when you need to take somethin to get fixed or get a replacement
