Always, always get this for any major electronics. Haven't had to use half of the warranty purchases but the few times that I have, great customer service and always replaced.

Getting protection can sometimes seem like a waste but I have replaced many items with best buy and saved a great deal of money. Think of a $1800 dollar laptop. I say worth it.
