Necessary evil for expensive toys like ps5. I’ve had systems go bad randomly so these insurance deals make sense. Ive used them for tv installs as well.

I was lucky enough to Score a preorder ,,, kinda glitched my way into one and picked it up release day ,it's a amazing machine it's held up remarkably well my wife took in the shower then gave it a flying lesson and after a dry cycle ,, turned on and worked like a charm

So worth it! I bought a disc PS5 and it had some hardware issues, brought it back and they replaced it immediately!

When you think Geek you should always think about Geek squad , they installed my tv in no time and when I say no time is not spending a second on the wrong ! The service was extremely excellent .

Can't say good enough things about this exchange program. They are the ONLY reason I don't go to Costco for my electronics. I have items replaced multiple times for defects and NEVER had an issue. They either repair or replace or give you the money value to upgrade if you wish. Only worth it for items over $1000 or high use items.

It was necessary for me to get protection because I have little children and they are not always carful so in order for me to get it fixed fast I wanted to get it just in case.

The 2 Year Geek Squad Protection is great, because I don't have to worry if my Play Station 4 goes bad. Meaning the Geek Squad is a great service to have, so I can take my Play Station 4 to them to fix if my system malfunctions. Thank You Geek Squad and God Bless You abundantly! My old first gen PS5 would shut down on me and luckily i still had Warranty to replace the old PS5 and got the newer updated PS5 model.

Super thankful for having purchased the warranty through Geek Squad. My PlayStation decided to turn into a brick 1 year after purchase and the warranty covered a complete new system. Sad it’s a one time use for as expensive as it is but I’m glad none the less. Would have given 5 stars if it was cheaper.
