I love the geek squad they keep my electronics charged.

Amad was very knowledgeable and helpful he installed my 2 in 1 router I purchased from Best Buy and made everything was working properly

When something purchased goes wrong, I ask for the help and they assist my needs. Some purchases made with this added never used, but never regret on still adding in. Unexpected moments hurt inside, within certain situations without is very regrettable. Please add this in every for certain purchases.

I alway purchase a warranty on my product. Have no problems when using it.

I got this for my PS5. It’s worth it especially since I have young kids running around. I do think that if you’re a My Best Buy card member they should give us at least a free 6 month geek squad protection on our first buy. Many Thanks

I had to use Geek Squad for my laptop and the experience was nice and easy. I would definitely use them again. I got everything I need to be fixed with no additional cost. They were also honest and upfront about everything going on. I definitely recommend them if you buy anything through Best Buy.

I always feel the extended warranties are great especially on the more expensive items. I feel that makes them last longer

The Added Protection make me Feel better when Kids and the Option of Mishap happens. Highly recommended to get the Protection.

I have not been let down yet by geek squad and I hope that I will never be. When my TV went out on my I was glad I had renewed my GSPPa few months before. The plan not only replaced my old TV with a newer better one, it also left some store credit for me to get a few more things. I bought this plan for my new PS 4 because I don't want to be left without paying battlefront or destiny the taken king.

I always get geek squad protection for all of my electronics. They have the best protection programs around. The service is good and they always present options to beat serve you. I rarely had any devastating accidents with my electronics, but when I did, the ease of replacing it was great.
