It's great that Best Buy offers a 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan. We appreciate being able to have assurance that any problems we may have with the products we purchase from Best Buy will be resolved at no cost over the first two years.

I had a crack on my Switch screen and the in store agents did not hesitate to help. They made the process so easy and even let me transfer all my stuff to the replacement device. Def worth every penny!

I always buy the protection plans thru Best Buy. Never had any issues returning and them replacing a item. I actual ran over my ear buds the they were replaced.

I bought a nintendo Switch this year, and the sound went out on the device and a joycon started going out on it. Best buy replaced it for me in store with no hassels, Just gave me a new one in the box off the shelf. So worth it!

our gaming consoles, as great as they are, unfortunately do not last as long as their ancient predecessors... make the investment. you don't want to be the one to lose your $300 hardware because of a power surge or an unexpected blackout...

So far haven't had to use their service but have peace of mind knowing they will take care of us if need to. Any previous experience has been positive - very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Best deal out there! You will never know when the kids will destroy something in any given moment. It is better to have the protection and not need than not have it and need it.
