I highly recommend a product replacement plan for any electronics. This is very helpful if a product breaks and you need to replace the product under the replacement plan, if it’s still available? Or they will refund it back to you.

I got a small pedestal TV. Was afraid it would fall b/c the pedestal type is too easy to tip. Would not buy a pedestal again! Not to sit on a table and to be used by kids! Tips too easily!

Best Buy needs better customer service training for Their Geek Squad. They are almost never friendly and getting information out of them is like pulling teeth. They are fair on technical issues.

We have had to use this warranty 2 different times on 2 different e-readers. It was easy to get replacements both times but you had to rebuy the warranty protections on the new ones.

Used it once so far, on the Phillips hue light strips, and it was an easy experience, walked in told them what happened, they looked up my account, I went over got an new one, and paid about $3 for it

If you are not used to the devices, I would recommend this service. I have taken back a device that would not recognize the home wireless signals. They found it was a defect and provided a new device.

Glad this replacement “insurance“ is available to protect my newly purchased iPad. Gives me a support cushion just in case an accident occurs on my part or a product malfunction develops.

I don’t normally buy service plans, but Best Buy price matched the modem/router and it was a good price for both the item and the service plan. In the event something happens, a few dollars for repair or replacement is well worth it!
