I've bought this warranty for all of my Best Buy electronics, and on the rare occasion that I've had an issue with the product, Geek Squad was there to help. No hassle and friendly response.

I find that I can always relax more knowing that if something breaks or goes wrong or quits working that I have The Geek Squad readily available. I have used them in the past and find it so very helpful. Especially with my computers

I buy the Geek Squad extended warranty with almost every purchase that I make from Best Buy. They never give me a hassle on a return and I've returned a lot of merchandise.

Its great piece of mind knowing you can bring your item back and they will fix it or give you a brand new item. I have never had any problems exchanging any item with Best Buy. Awesome service.

always purchase this for my wife, child or relatives. I hate sayin it but life sometimes hits them and cluts moments and life happens. so its worth it to replace drops and spills.

Had to use the coverage a couple of times in the past and have been thankful I bought it. I just like the peace of mind that I'm covered for a longer period of time if something goes wrong.

Last year some of my philips hue died after a year and half. Had the 2 year warranty from Best Buy got it exchange in less than 4 minutes I was walking out the door with a brand new one. Definitely get the warranty

I usually do not purchase any extended warranty or replacement products but this is worth it. I have renewed this twice and the cost has been made up from all the times we have used it

Geek squad what can you say, just don’t walk in, there not trying to hear it. It’s either packed at the store, or even if it’s empty they always say you need a appointment FOH

Have used the Geek Squad several times when my desktop acts up. They have been courteous and very professional. Have always fixed my computer to my satisfaction, either by phone or at the store.

I really give them 5 stars and if I could give them 30 stars. These Best Buy insurances really get you out of trouble and cover you completely I definitely recommend it 100%>.

I have only needed the Geek Squad once and I was overwhelmed with there quick performance and the quality. The entire inside of my faily new TV was replaced

previously rated services at highest level. I remains true that over many years, and more than 50 contacts with GS, I have left disapointed once...and that was during Codisruption ruption.

I've had to use the best buy warranty replacement option a few times over the years. I highly recommend it based on ease of use. Just take broken item to customer service. easy as that!

I usually purchase the Geek Squad protection plans because they have excellent customer service and the cost is worth the piece of mind knowing my product is protected.
