The Geek Squad was called in to repair a Nintendo Switch I purchased for my grandson. His controller quit working as it should and so the Geek Squad quickly diagnosed the problem and ware able to get the repairs taken care of in no time. I Don't purchase the added protection very often but this time I am glad that I did.

My last router quit working just after regular warranty ended. So decided to get extended warranty.

I hope I don’t have to use this service but it has helped me in the past with my other electronics.

I got the replacement because when it comes to electronics, sometimes having to send out takes way too long.

Got protection on my router, but unless Geek Squad can fix Comcast, there's been nothing to fix.

Definitely recommend adding with your purchased items.
