I'm not really sure how this will work until something goes wrong and I have to use the warranty. Hopefully everything goes over with out a glitche.

Pease of mind when we purchase Geek Squad. When something wrong happens to the product we can ask Geek Squad to fix or exchange it with a working one.

I’ve utilized these plans a few times over the years and the folks at BB are awesome to deal with. On higher end items, I definately recommend this.

Best Buy’s geek squad warrantees are great. If you’re concerned about anything you buy from the store, then the geek squad will take care of you.

I love depending on the Geek Squad to do all my maintenance on my computers and correcting issues I seem to get.

And i doubt I will need it if the extender’s performance is an indicator. It has operated flawlessly for almost a year. But the replacement warranty has a reasonable cost/benefit ratio

I bought the extra support and never had to use it. I found that its always better to have something and not need it then to need it and not have it.

Had the protection plan in case of unexpected breakdown. It happened but geek squad service was there to help. Easy and got my item replaced.

Something thing you could purchase at Bestbuy definitely worth the cost and they don’t give you hard time when it’s time too use it

It's hard to put a value on peace of mind. Everybody has something in their life to worry about. Your electronics don't have to be one of them when you purchase a GeekSquad plan.

I feel a lot more confident in my purchasing with Best Buy knowing I can get my product replaced if it stops working or breaks within 2 years of buying it.

Having a Geek Squad service, you are guarantee that the product that you purchased can be fixed or replaced by the squad.

l don't usually buy these sorts of "warranties," but it's a good deal for an expensive purchase. It's nice to know that if something happens to my Orbi, I will be able to replace it.

Usually i do not purchase Protection because if it’s cheap enough, it’s better to replace. This time I got a plan and haven’t had to use it as of yet.

I purchase the Geek Squad Protection Plan for all of my high dollar Best Buy purchases. Inexpensive and when it is needed it more than pays for itself.
