Loving it, But beware Thec support is not that great.

Never had to use it but always was relieved to have it.

the sensors have stop working and the mic so i am having to take it back to get a new one. only get this product if you want to gamble with it.

Love the fact that you can protect your product. The only drawback is you can't renew when the Geek Squad service is over.

Jist 1 month and half my left habd controller went dead and when i went to best buy to use my warranty they informed me that if i uses it to get a new set i would need to rebuy the 199.00 warranty again!.. why would i need to rebuy a 199.00 warranty again is beyond me, i would think the warranty would cover any issues for 2 years not limited to one issue per 199.00.. i sent it to oculas for another controller instead.. seems like this warranty is limited.

I don’t yet anything without it. But it depends on who is helping me that determines if I’m satisfied with the service. Some can be a little extra and others are right to the point.

It work well. After a while had some issues with the control drifting.

i feel like the geek squad are just there just to get paid but some other people who work there love their job and are very useful.

ordered in person on oct 26, still havent even got a shipping date. Disgusting product support.

Bought for Christmas and the same day of opening, we bought 2, both had issues with the remotes. They are too expensive for this issue, kids couldn’t even enjoy them.

bday present for son. he seems to really enjoy. I tried it out and there were some cool VR programs but def not much to keep my attention

I purchased this for my daughter's Oculus. I hope to never use it but I thought it was a bit pricey. It seems that it would be based on a % of purchase. It added almost another $100 to my bill.

My stuff never breaks when I get extra warranty coverage - in this case if you take care of unit you shouldnt have an issue for years !!!

Hopefully this won’t be needed but it’s nice to think my VR is insured.

The sensors stopped working after a year. However, because I bought the warranty 1 month after the product, it took nearly THREE MONTHS for everything to be reconciled and to get a replacement product. If you want to avoid all the months of hassle, but the warrant at the same time as the product. I would have got an exchange on the first attempt!

Normally, I would give a good review on the service, but with Covid, it’s been too difficult to reach them.

Purchased for 2 Oculus quests . released 10/13, but protection plan states it started on 10/08 and 10/09 on my Best Buy account. how can the plan start before we received the product???
