My Oculus went down and if it was not for the accidental insurance I would have lost my investment. I put my full cost towards an upgrade. One would be greedy not to invest on this insurance. Mark my word it’s a great investment.

My kids absolutely love the quest 3. And even after about 6 months of use, it hasn’t gotten damaged despite how they treat it.

I always buy the extended warranty for items like this. Sometimes I don't have to use it, but other times I've been SO thankful to not have to shell out hundreds of dollars to replace something my kid drops on the floor.

I bought a Quest last year with the protection plan and 3 days after the manufacturer warranty expired my left controller stopped working. Greek Squad protection replaced it by returning the Quest and giving me a whole new Quest.

Geek squad is always ready to help. They’ll either fix it or replace but they always give you honest answers.

They are really good at their jobs, and they will meet you at your leisure!

Device has had no issues. Have not had to take the device into the story to be repaired. Great purchase especially if purchasing the device for a younger child.

Grateful to pay the extra little bit for a peace of mind. I made this mistake with our first oculus quest 2.
