I have used this option with no issues. I had my phone replaced once with fast delivery and service

We haven't needed them yet, but it's a great piece of mind and good to know they're there in case...

Price is MUCH better than Verizon. But when they shipped me the replacement phone the switch over was PAINFUL! It did not go smooth. A year ago I got a replacement and they used some App to swap over to the new phone (through Verizon) and it was MUCH easier and included everything including passwords, etc. I guess it goes back to “you get what you pay for!”

This is a great phone! Super fast. Long-lasting battery. Takes great photos and great sound and audio!
