When I have a problem I always get in in a reasonable amount of time. Often get an answer while I am there. Pleasant, polite employees.

Decent price point for the anticipated coverage. Also having access to tech support and possible in person assistance is a plus.

USELESS. WASTE OF MONEY. I spent my 2 days off talking to and getting transferred to multiple agents and still had to repeat myself over and over and over again. One of them even gave me a bogus Case Number, probably just so he could hang up the phone. The other agents just didn't know how to help me with my printer issues. If you live on Maui, Hawaii, USA - do NOT buy from Best Buy and this Geek Squad 4-year Product Replacement scam. Since there is no Best Buy store on Maui, they expect you to take a flight to Oahu with your printer to take it to their store branch so you can get it fixed?!? Like seriously?! Do you know how stupid that sounds? So now this agent from Guatemala sent me "return label" so I could just get a refund instead. But guess what?!? Best Buy had the audacity to return back the heavy printer back to me in the mail with a refusal note of everything. Wow!! What kind of customer service was that?? Who trained you people?? No more BEST BUY shopping for me EVER!!

Excellent value for what you get.. I honestly would not buy anything electronic without this coverage. They are great about it and honor it completely. Why would you not?
