When I first received my printer we got it all set up and everything worked fine. Now I can’t print from either my computer or my cell phone. The printer is an HP Envoy Photo7855 and I have only had it for 1 week. It keeps saying it is offline .

Purchased an Epson ecotank 1 year ago. Loved it. Recently print quality is terrible. Colors are inconsistent and printer randomly puts black ink everywhere it wants. I tried cleaning it as per Epson website. No luck. Is this covered by this program?
