We have used this product often, so many electronics have some problem. Touchscreens seem to have issues often. Geek squad product replacement is worth the price.

The warrenty has worked well for me. The Mic on headset started cutting out took back to store and they gave me a new one on the spot

I always get the I replacement for big ticket items, it’s paid off more than once. I’d highly Reccomend you do the same

I purchased the 2 year extended warranty on printer/scanner I bought for my daughter. I'm glad I did because it will scan but for some reason printed pages come out blank.

I had a great deal on an Open Box deal for a printer, so it only made sense to pay a little extra fee to have it covered for 2 years under a warranty program.

On any major purchase, I always get the Geek Squad protection, the longest available.

I can always expect a professional service from the Geek squad. They had everything put together and installed proficiently.

There geek squad protection plan is amazing it covers the price you paid on the product and will replace it if they don't have it or if the item is no longer avaliable.
