I have had Geek Squad for several years and find the staff and the services very good. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable.

Love have a 4 year Geek Squad Product Replacement just encase anything should ever go wrong with my copier

Best Buy's customer service has been pretty good in my experience, so purchasing a two year plan for my $400 printer, I feel, is a good investment.

I purchased this to have some piece of mind. Fair price for 2 year protection. Although other stores provide same protection time length for a bit less. I haven't had to use, but I'm sure Geek Squad will be responsive.

I'm pleased that I have not required use of the GEEK Squad Replacement Program. However, the fact that I had to pay very, very little for this and have insurance on the printer I purchased is extremely satisfying. I hope I never have to use it, but it's there if and when I need it.

Never had to use it but they are very helpful for advice on things that I’ve had to ask about.

Excellent services and products especially for 2023

This is a basic insurance product, I have found in my dealings with electronics that usually a malfunction if it is going to occur, it will be within the first 2 years.

I haven’t used it yet but I did call for help on a product and they walked me through it step by step.

Never had a problem with any item under the warranty plan. Staff is always prompt and easy to exchange or fix any product.

Geek squad services have always been supportive and reliable! Get this for some piece of mind on your electronics purchases!

The print quality is nice, but it runs out of ink to fast compared to other printer I have had; such as the Epson.

Had to use this on a computer when the panel broke on the screen. It was sent out and came back within 2 weeks better then ever.
