The Geek Squad guys and gals do a pretty good job helping customers, and the warranties are darn good as well.

I don’t always get the geek squad protection plan but when I make a big purchase it’s a nice security net. I would recommend it to everyone!

With the keyboards I purchased the Geek squad 2 year replacement. So when something was spilt on the keyboard it was covered and replaced.

I love this product its the best no questions go get another or we will compare to the nearest replacement

I bought the protection plan for my printer. Haven’t had the need to use, but it’s good have just in case.

Geek Squad was able to repaired my laptop that I bought from best buy ~ 2 years ago by installing a new hard drive.

Love this printer! Prints out fast and isn’t bulky for the quality of print.

Great warranty. I havent need to use it yet though.
