Glad I purchased the geek squad replacement warranty. Had a issue with the printer I bought. Called and they sent replacement in a few days.

Fantastic Psu didnt work and we took the pc I but back up they tested it and told me it was a bad psu great!!

I usually don't buy extra warrenties but this was my first time buying a Brother printer and some reviewers had experienced repeated printer jams with this model. Fortunately I haven't experienced this problem so far but if I do in the first two years I'm covered.
