I purchased this protection, as I always do with my technology that I get at Best Buy. Had some trouble with the printer not connecting to the computer, and they said they could help. I would have to purchase a protection plan, and that mine didn't cover this. First time I have EVER had trouble with my Geek squad! They have always helped me in the past when my printer and computer were not connecting, and for some reason, this time they wouldn't.

I will reconmend it to purchase this warranty for just 2 years if somenting happen you will have a new one or another of equal value.

When something was wrong they took care of the problem one way or another.

I always get the warranty on the things I buy from Best Buy Because they are great at replacing or repairing with no questions
