I never have an issue with the Geek Squad warranty, it always feels great to have that next level of protection.

it is so easy to ask and have my questions answered by the squad. also, whenever I have to leave it it is always ready very quickly

I always get all of Best Buy’s warranties because if I have an issue I can bring it back to get fixed or get a replacement

Retail every where else on this is about 15 dollars more expensive...I got a 2 year plan for a great deal, all things included.

Have had to bring my new tower in for issues twice. Tech was very knowledgeable and explained clearly the problem and solution.

I have not used the geek squad at this time. Have had no issues with my purchase .

I have only used it to ask basic questions. The team was positive and knowledgeable.

Purchased in 2020. Worked fairly good. Had intermittent problems but was able to maintain and fix. 2 years later printer will not stay connected to internet therefore am unable to get any new updates. Will not update through phone app as well. Good that I purchased the extra protection plan. Will be returning for this is not a good reliable printer.

Like the peace of mind that comes with this service. Overall, no issues at all so far.

Haven't needed to use replacement plan yet and hopefully don't but if and when I need it I know I'll be taken care of as always.

I have this protection on everything that I purchase here and it is wonderful to call in and they remote into my computer

Had my printer/fax for almost 2 years, never had any issues.

I put the geek squad plans on all my purchases. It more than pays for itself in just one use, especially if you have electronics.

I will not be without the plan, I like to get it especially when I get electronic items. Judi
