Awesome printer...it's fast and and quality is great...the inks aren't as forgiving but the prints do it justice... If your looking to save on inks this is not the one but if quality of your preference over cost then it is...enjoy

Haven't had to use it at this time. But I know they will be there when I need it.

The 2 year Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan is good to have but you can use it ONLY once in you 2 year agreement. Once you use it you need to buy another 2 year Geek Squad Product Replacement Plan on the new replaced Item.

Not too expensive. Definitely came in handy when 1st headset quit working in less than 6 mths. Reimbursement cost was applied to a better quality headset & 2 yr protection plan was extended another 2 yrs. for a prorated cost.

They were very welcoming and approachable! Explained in detailed.

Overall it's Great. I highly Recommend purchasing Geek Squad. Geek Squad is beyond Great.

I recently purchased geek squad protection for a new two in one and also for the dvd burner I purchased. So far I have not had to use it other than a few questions so I will not give a full 5 stars as yet. I do not foresee any problems.

If something happens in two years I’m covered. The geek squad was polite and courteous.

Repair plan sold with new printer. It’s still in the box so it hasn’t broken yet. We’re well protected, tho, if it does!
