    It's unbelievable that they don't know what's happening to my Asus Zen book, laptop. It's factory defect (Thunder bolt controller) and they estimated 2 weeks to repair and get back to me. For 2 months, I called them and managers don't send me any reply to status of repair . Whole management is screw ups. If they lost my new laptop I wonder what excuse they use for not notifying me in first 1 or 2 weeks.

    I question the value add to buying this. Most electronics failure happen within their first year which is under the manufacture warranty. Also, you have to consider what you are buying if it something you area truly going to have that long and if it that valuable.

    Expensive to pay for every year but worth it for the first year or if you are buying a lot from Best Buy.

    Had a problem with my laptop about a month after buying it at the Bangor store I tried calling both the store and the geek squad and got no answer. I called several times throughout the day and never got anyone to pick up the phone. In the end I just called the apple store and they were very helpful. I would not recommend spending extra money on the geek squad just buy apple care with apple products.

    Was told could return, not only exchange

    Bought this insurance plan only because was told by the shop assistant I could exchange or return the product if not happy. Well, unfortunately, I was not and wanted to exchange but the model I need was not in the store, and I could not just make a return and buy what I need later. Now have to come and check the store every now and on to find whether the model I need is there, so annoying and disappointing.

    2-Year Geek Squad Product for Canon MG36***Printer

    Waste of my money and time, weird support I received, I did neither could find the same printer in the store, nor do they give a solution. Either I need to pay more money or get something from Best Buy. Do not let me change the printer online. Customer cannot always get the latest gadget which can be exchaged

    This item was returned within 4 months of having the printer. Not only was there no printer in stock but i had to pay $99.00 more for a different model and i just bought ink for the old model not to longer ago and don’t have my money back for my old ink. The warranty did not transfer over to the new item i had to pay more for the new Geek squad protection for the new item.

    The warranty and TV i purchased was good ,however I wish it wouldn't have to purchase a new one if it is still within my warranty time.

    I'm only giving 2 stars b/c I actually never had to use it, so it was a waste. Kinda like car insurance, if u happen to need it for a major accident, you win! If you never use it, you loose...well, unless y have allstate

    A bit disappointing to find out these techs are not “certified” and wish they would change this so they can be more knowledge and do repairs in-house. This will Provide quicker turn around time for customers products.

    When he asks me for geek squad I said no thank you

    When I bought these hard drives, the guy asked me if I wanted the extended protection. I said no thanks. I then got a phone call, and was dealing with the issues on the phone, while he was finalizing the transaction. It was partly my fault for not paying attention, but he still charged me for this service.
