New to this Geek Squad protection, hopefully I never will need to use it.

Don't ever pass up the warranty my watch band on the Gear2 took it in to Best Buy gave me a new watch immediately.

My first Alta after a year started showing some wear on band, started splitting. Was nice to exchange for new one.

It is always better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it definitely worth the price.
