I have had to use best buys 2 yr warranty replacement a few times in the past. I would definitely recommend it. Very easy to exchange item for price you paid.

I fortunately haven't needed to use this yet, but I was pleased with the terms of the coverage and it offered good peace of mind for the price. I went with the 2-year option because, for the product I was protecting, I'd be as well buying a new one after that.

I took my phone in that I bought through Apple. When Apple wouldn’t help me, geek squad did. Really talented people and will come back if I have any other issues

When our vacuum cleaner broke. They offered me a better one. I just had to pay the difference, The only complication is its heavy for my grandma to use.

The customer service people at the store are always nice. They get right on the work and I always get my item back pretty fast. No problem with it again so far.

The young man that helped me at Geek Squad, figured out how to download my vow renewal photos. And help me to install them on a video photo frame. Thank you so much.

Get it is definately worth it & has always been well worth it to myself anytime I had to use it by chance with no problems at all when helped out by Best Buy.
