Q: I have bought the steel series artic 3 wired and was wondering what does the warranty cover?

A: Hi there. Thanks for your great question! The Geek Squad Protection for a gaming headset is going to cover manufacturer defects or failures and more recently now - accidental damage! For example, the unit could be returned for something like a frayed cord, no audio out of one side, broken headband, etc. I hope this helps and makes sense. Q: Hello, I have a Razer BlackWidow Elite keyboard and the volume scroll wheel is broken and doesn't work anymore. Would this be covered under the geek squad product replacement?

A: They will most likely accept it. Just tell them its an inconvenience for you because you listen to music or something.. I've had a pc replaced, no questions asked just because one of the RGB fan lights stopped working
